Jobs in UAE – Our client, a prestigious Middle East based insurance organization is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join its dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for branch Walk-in Auto Takaful and other Over-the-counter business.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure speedy claims settlement at branch.
• Ensure quality customer service in the branch.
• Manage all operations related issues of the branch.
• Indirectly encourage sales activities within the branch.
• Establish quick and effective customer complaints resolution.
Requirements:
• University degree in actuarial sciences, insurance, accounting or equivalent, ideally a professional qualification such as CA / CFA/ ACCA.
• At least 8 years of similar experience in operations of insurance and at least 3 years managerial experience in Takaful in a financial insurance institution in the GCC.
