Jobs in UAE – 1. Account Manager for Dubai office will consist of selling and following up on sales and quality of service of specialized engineers and consultants on loan to oil & Gas companies.
2. The service is described as “hire of highly qualified personnel”.
3. Promotes sales within given client organization and gain as many “hire” positions as possible.
3. Ensure quality of services provided to the client.
4. Identify business opportunities within the client organizations.
5. Maintain and transmit a good public image of the company.
6. Ensure regular contact with the client in his offices in order to gather information about its activities, note his requirements, and offer our services.
7. Follow up on any client requirements until award of work to LCM.
8. Keep clients informed of progress in mobilization of consultants.
9. Follow up within LCM appropriate departments including Coordination to ensure timely delivery of services.
10.Be aware of activities of LCM competitors.
11.Ensure that contact with the client is maintained on a regular basis to avoid loosing contracts (or consultants).
12.Respond to any queries the client may have with regards to our services to them.
13.Troubleshoot and respond to any emergency action.
14.Propose to management improvements in the present system if required.
15.Report to the General Manager and CEO.
16.Keep record of all activities, contacts, meetings, contracts and personal files of consultants.
17.Controlling time sheets or your personnel and control and assisting to gather all time sheets to the finance dept.
18.Follow-up invoicing and recovery with Finance and assist Finance when they request so.
