Their Client is a well established and thriving Dubai based company that is now expanding across the GCC region and requires an Accounts and Administration Manager to join their team. As the Accounts and Administration Manager you will be responsible for the set up of the new Qatar based office. You will be one of the first team members to join the organization and responsible for streamline all policies and procedures across various departments. Once the office is setup your concentration will be focused on the financial and administrative departments carrying out such duties as payroll, monthly accounts, collections and cash control. Suitable candidates will have previous experience of start up company or office set up, a minimum of 3–5 years finance experience, possess strong communications and organizational skills, the ability to delegate and manage a diverse team while comprising excellent team focus. Qatari taxation experience is essential.
