Your main responsibility will be overseeing the Accounts Department including financial forecasting and managing cashflows.Your essential duties will include Financial reporting and analysis and managing cash flow including forecasting Liaising with both major clients and the banks in ensuring financial commitments are met by all parties Defining and implementing best practices and strong internal financial policies, controls and ensuring compliance Liaising with department managers in providing financial guidance in formulating and implementing business plans, budgets and key performance objectives Monitoring the performance of the Accounts Department and addressing issues Establishing and managing an ongoing training programme for the growing team.
