Job Description: 1) Compiles and analyzes financial information onto journal entries to accounts documenting business transactions.
2)Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current, monthly, quarterly and annual performance to plan . Complies periodic reports to management on company financial position.
3) Audits sales contracts and orders, vouchers, along with daily banking and cash management. Prepares, daily cash receipt reports, and requirements for daily cash reporting.
4) Under the direction of the Controller will establish, modify, document and coordinates accounting control procedures.
5) Reconciles bank statements, billings, posts to general ledger, develops cost standards and other items as required.
6) May train, supervise and assist clerical staff within the accounting, payroll, grower payable and inventory functions.
7) Other duties as directed by Controller.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
