Our client, a multinational company involved in the supply of specialised products for the banking industry, is seeking to recruit a Accountant. Reporting to the Head of Finance , you will be assisting in financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliation, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting.Your main job responsibilities would include Performing all accounting related tasks, shared with other team members for the company operations for the UAE as well as Bahrain Booking of all bank transactions and other supplier invoices Provide assistance ino Preparing monthly management reportso Coordinating with external auditors Reconciling all pending accounts on a monthly basis Managing Staff travel expenses Preparing payment for staff travel accounts Assisting in the preparation and reconciliation of all monthly financial statements Assisting in creating, monitoring and updating financial related policies and procedures Assisting in maintaining Fixed Assets register Bookkeeping of Accounting Documents and Other Contracts Customer and Supplier Ledger Reconciliation Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
