Responsiblities Handling of the day-to-day general book-keeping and insurance billing activities, receive and record payments made, issue payment receipts. Prepare, input, and issue all billing statements, all accounts payable and cash payments, and all accounts receivable and cash receipts. Processing and accounting of payables, handle petty cash, handle bank transactions, post supplier's invoices, bank and petty cash transactions. Monitor and analyze budgets and funds.
