We are currently looking to recruit an experiencedAdmin Secreatary to be part of a new showroom in Abu Dhabi.Your duties will include:
Answering the telephone Taking messages Greeting visitors Scheduling and coordinating appointments Arranging meetings Managing the calendars and diaries of the senior staff Handling all correspondence through emails and letters Updating leave and attendance records Dealing with mail and couriers Managing office supplies Arranging travel and transport for senior managers
