Our client, an international organization, is urgently looking for an Administration Manager to be based in their Abu Dhabi Office. For this role, you will be responsible for the over-all work performance of the department related to property and facilities and for the management of services and processes that support core business according to company and UAE legal requirements. You will ensure that the company has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities, and focuses on using best business practice to improve efficiency, reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.Other responsibilities will include but not limited to Oversee the day-to-day management of the Department and overall office environment. Plan, organise, provide leadership and control over a diverse range of property and facilities and administrative functions. Devise and implement effective systems, with the objective of improving time efficiencies, reducing costs, minimising errors, creating transparency and increasing service levels offered by the entire Department. Develop, implement and review policies and procedures where necessary. Lead, coach, develop and motivate the Department to achieve their personal KPIs and objectives, and those of the overall project. Manage quality and cost control across all related business areas, including property acquisitions, furniture requisitions, car hire purchasing and servicing, civil and maintenance works, stationery supplies, and generally all third party suppliers associated with the department. Contract management. Ensure contracts are effectively managed throughout the term of the agreement, and identify operational problems and improvement opportunities in respect of supplier service and delivery issues. Manage and review contract agreements and commercial terms and conditions Oversee the management of the allocation of staff accommodation for new and existing staff. Schedule maintenance and repairs, negotiate lease agreements with ownersmanagement agents, inspect property to ensure it is aligned to required standards and resolve emergency maintenance issues. Oversee the implementation of Health and Safety Policies and Procedures for the organization’s Regional Office, staff accommodation, partnered Schools, including the bi-annual risk assessments of the schools.
