Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team who are based in Dubai and India. Key responsibilities include:
* Answer incoming telephone calls. Liaise with customers and internal departments on resolution of customer queries.
* Manage and maintain upkeep of the Customer Filing system.
* Responsible for ensuring that the SCC CRM system is updated and maintained.
* Process Customer Orders/Quotations on behalf of the Sales Team via the SCC Mainframe
* Maintain customer pricing via the SCC Mainframe.
* Issue Credit Application Forms and liaise with Credit Control Team in regard to the status of progress, raise New Account forms where appropriate.
* Liaise with the Operational Support Team in relation to customer orders.
* Support the OPS Team in the event of holiday (sickness) in relation to the processing of orders in the K&N Warehouse
* Generate Request for Product Returns on behalf of the Sales Team
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Higher Secondary
Responsibilities:
To provide support to the International sales team and provide administrative support in all areas of its activity so that sales are developed and service to customers is maintained at the highest level.
Skills:
* Proven ability and experience in administrative and organizational tasks.
* Experienced in the use of business database systems
* Fluent in English and Hindi as you will be talking to customers in India
* A very good understanding of the principles of high quality customer service and have the ability to contribute to these in a positive and effective manner.
* Good written and oral communication skills. Clear, assertive and confident on the telephone. * Able to prepare professional and appropriate correspondence to customers.
* Be numerate and accurate in dealing with alpha–numeric information.
* Computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office applications.
* Experience in an international organization, and/or experience of working in a multi–cultural environment.
