Jobs in UAE – Our client is the world's leading Microfinance company is currently seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant You will performs administrative and office support activities for multiple functions to relieve senior managers and other staff of administrative details.Duties include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing,filing, and faxing.Essential Job Functions. Prepare outgoing packages, mail and correspondence, including e-mails and faxes retrieve and distribute incoming mail Assist with general administrative support, including proofreading, filing, mailings, faxing and photo copying Requisition supplies, printing, translations and other services in support of operations Helps to prepare PowerPoint presentations Schedule, organize and support meetings and events, including snack and meal preparation and delivery, as well as follow-up or confirmation calls Handle phone inquires in professional and courteous manner route calls as needed Perform internet research as requested Manage the General Manager's calendar Greet visitors and handle out-of-town visitor logistics Arrange for travel for staff members either internally or through outside agent Prepare itineraries, trip files, supplies and arrange for cash advances asneeded Prepare payment requests and expense reports after the trip is completed Develop file management system both for hard copies and for shared network files and ensure that these systems are maintained Update mail and phone directories Handle administrative details for projects as requested Make recommendations to improve standard operating procedures as necessary Maintain required level of confidentiality in handling of business Report activities and challenges to supervisor Other duties assigned
