To render administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors, in order to relieve management of administrative detail.
1.Handles routine correspondence and memoranda.Smooth functioning of the reception / admin assistant’s functions.
2.Helps in the preparation of exhibits and case/trial papers•
3.Conduct simple research, collect documents, and prepare graphs/figures to be included in cases.•&Maintains the register for cases/incidents/Maintains records, filing systems and computer files•
4.Organizes meetings and takes minutes •
5.Prepares and monitors office/administrative expenses •
6.Conduct inventory of and regularly replenish office stationery, equipment and supplies•
7.Handles petty cash for the department •
8.Liaises with the Coorporate department for the processing/follow-up of staff documents, requests, and claims•
9.Receives telephone calls and provides information/assistance or routes caller to appropriate staff member. •
10.Greets visitors to the office and direct them to appropriate individual.•
11.Opens, dates, sorts and distributes mail.•
12.Arrange the travel requirements of the department and guests, as needed. •
13.Helps in following up on all general matters with other Departments. •
