Job Description:
– Assist in the incorporation and administration of corporate structures including companies and trusts
– Request documents from corporate suppliers
– Knowledge of company administration, managing company registers
– Resolving problems relating to companies and banking matters
– Able to assist in opening bank accounts
– To discuss and resolve problems with suppliers (banks, corporate providers)
– Operating bank accounts, making payments by internet and fax
– Maintaining spreadsheet of bank accounts
– Provide support to junior staff
– Provide training and training literature to junior staff (one hour per week)

Experience: 1 – 5 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Responsibilities:
To act as a flexible and pro–active member of the company administration / banking team and to ensure the most cost effective use of time is achieved through the provision of efficient administrative support.

Skills:

– Education & Qualifications A level / HND level or higher
– Good standard of Windows PC skills Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer
– Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations in a sensitive manner
– Job related skills
– Good communication skills, both oral and written
– Ability to plan, prioritize and manage own workload
– Analytical and numerical skills
– Commitment to quality customer service
