Job responsibilities will include – but not limited to – the following tasks:
- Managing all HR files and functions
- Managing accounting, receivables, invoicing, preparation of shipping documents, import licenses
- Handling bank transactions
- Review, file and reimburse expense reports
- Handling travel arrangement
- Acting as a PA to the office manager
- Managing freight forwarders, shipments
- Setting up office SOPs
- Organizing all filing functions
- Setting up report templates for sales, marketing, sales numbers
- Preparing analysis charts from QuickBooks for P&L, Balance Sheet
- Handling government affairs when and if needed
- Monitoring and managing inventory
- Tender documentation preparation
- Liaise with all technical, logistics and accounting personnel at Principals’ companies to insure smooth order taking and execution
