Jobs in UAE – Our client, a fast growing organization, is actively recruiting for an Emirati Admission Head to be based in their Abu Dhabi Office. The primary responsibility for this role will be the management of the day to day functions of the office with regards to admission, guest relations and ticketing request. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to assist strategic department for planning and annual budgeting ensure departmental areas are operated at the highest level of safety, quality and service, while maintaining strong fiscal responsibility develop and monitor consistent oversight of area guidelines and procedures conduct departmental training sessions as needed, assuring that each employee is properly and thoroughly trained for their position ensure inter-departmental teamwork to accomplish park and divisional Vision and Mission Goals address all guest comments and take appropriate action for resolution approve all staffing schedules and ensure labor budget guidelines are met ensure that all Financial reports and measurement tools are being used to actively monitor income and expenses ensure the inventory levels of all types of tickets and supplies, including park maps, are maintained
