Analyst – Real Estate Investment Management, to focus on all aspects of real estate acquisitions and development including financial analysis and modeling, site acquisition and due diligence, zoning, legal, budgeting, construction and design. This role will ultimately be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This new hire must value entrepreneurialism and be able to thrive in a loosely structured environment with extremely ambitious colleagues who are passionate about real estate development and who regularly take on significant levels of responsibility. Given the company’s dynamic and non-hierarchical culture, the successful new hire will be a decisive, flexible, resourceful, good communicator and capable of applying exceptional judgment in dealing with people.
Assisting the Associates and reporting to the MD you will be responsible for providing analysis of investment profiles and supporting the efficient functioning of the department including providing advice, research, analysis, reporting and general assistance to the company.
Major Responsibilities
• Assisting in Real Estate activities by developing financial models, feasibility studies.
• Working on business and financial models and presentations.
• Assigned to project teams as and when required and reporting to the Team/Project Leader(s)/Analyst and performs all tasks and responsibilities as directed by them.
• Preparation of presentations and investment memorandums.
• Research and reporting.
• Performance of financial due diligence.
• Assisting in the identification of potential projects.
• Assisting in the identification of potential counterparties.
• Industry analysis.
• Keeps abreast of developments/knowledge and trends in respective field, by reviewing/researching via internet, professional publications, media, attending exhibitions/conferences as necessary
