Assists in the preparation of pre-contract estimates, including enquiries on subcontractors and liaison with internal support groups for cost data.2. Proficient with Microsoft AutoCAD to produce engineering and manufacturing drawings.3. Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of projects on an ongoing basis.4. Participates in technical and commercial discussions with customers and subcontractors5. Acts as liaison between customers and other departments.6. Maintains projects scheduling and cost requirements to ensure on time delivery of a quality product within budget.7. Participates in meetings or direct communications with customers to assist in resolution of unusual or non-routine problems and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.8. Prepares status reports to update and inform others of all project activities.9. Prepares project summary reports.10. Assists in the generation of subcontract purchase requisitions and receipts 11. Creates invoices ensuring prompt payment.12. Assists in the resolving of any payable and receivables issues.13. Prepares method statements and risk assessments for on site activities14.
