Under the general directives of the IT & CC Department Head, he/she will be responsible mainly on developing, modifying and executing application and software programs.
Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards
Duties / functions may include, but are not limited to the following disciplines:
• Analyzes software requirements to produce project proposal and statement of work;
• Provides input for project planning (e.g. work break down structure, and estimates);
• Designs and implements software systems and product enhancement based on requirement specifications;
• Designs test strategies, create test plan and test scripts to validate deliverables;
• Passes software through SDLC with optimized approach;
• Configures, administers and integrates web application installed on Linux/ Windows server for upgrades, plug-ins, supporting tools, etc.
• Configures and administers mobile bases applications; and
• Performs related duties as required.
