Jobs in UAE – The Application Specialist will contribute to the successful development and timely deployment of robust products and customer solutions by providing application knowledge and product specialist services in the functional areas of product implementation, requirements scoping, design documents and change request testing. Act as an “expert” product resource for customers, as well as communicating and prioritizing customer requirements to other areas of the business

The Application Specialist will work with customers and internal staff to log and/or address software “change requests” making recommendations for the best way to provide a solution. Works closely with the customer and internal teams to scope and communicate new product development requirements, as well as managing customer expectations in relation to potential software delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers in order to establish and define the work processes and requirements that are required to be addressed by the TrakCare application.
* Liaise with Development, Product Management and Technical teams to meet scheduled targets for software and solution delivery.
* Effectively manage personal workload for assigned customer and product areas, ensuring prioritized, timely and accurate progression of required solutions
* Consistently works to obtain and improve product knowledge through in-house training as well as self learning.
* Works with customers to implement the TrakCare application in a manner that will suit the business requirements of the customer.
* Provide complete and accurate information, using in-house reporting tools, to the support and product development teams on errors encountered during the implementation of TrakCare solutions.
* Complies with TrakHealth quality control methodology and other ISO Procedures.
