Reporting to the Area Sales Director, your main responsibility will be generating new business revenue within a geographically defined territory.Your key accountabilities will include Executing a call planning strategy aimed at commercial property agents, 3rd party contacts, local community networking and developing local partnerships to generate new business Acquiring and developing a portfolio of local key accounts with the clear focus to generate revenue streams across all products and services Growing business from existing customers to drive expansions and new sales into other countries Driving high conversions of all products through effectively following the sales process Meeting and exceeding the sales targetsmetrics such as revenue targets, deal volumes, conversion ratios and callsvisits Developing a high level of territory knowledge within all the following areas competition, industry segments, market segments and target companies Ensuring cohesive communication with the field team to create a seamless transition from the sales to service sides of the business Orchestrating the business in a manner consistent with company operational standards and brand promise.
