Job Description: Receive briefs from creative & Account servicing department.
2. Recommend photographers & crew to creative department based on the job brief.
3. Contact & meet suppliers (photographers, stylists, modelling agencies, set builders) for briefing & costings.
4. Negotiate costs & availability with shoots crew.
5. Create production cost estimates based on suppliers costs clients budget & agency commission.
6. Justify, explain, & go through cost estimates with client servicing department & sometimes clients.
7. Prepare all necessary paper work (Ex. LPOs & payments requisitions for suppliers to commence with shoots (co–ordinating with electronic production & accounts department)
8. Set shoots timelines, based on crew availability & clients output deadlines.
9. Contact modelling agencies for job packages, & casting to short–list models for shoots, with coordination with creative department.
10. Brief stylists on final creative & clients requirements.
11. Supervise stylists & crew prep. For shoots.
12. Meet with clients to present final locations, cast, wardrobe, etc.. prior to the shoot for approval.
13. Prepare call sheets, production agendas with shoot dates, times, location, crew contact numbers.
14. Attend shoots to supervise crew, cast,& make sure that creative requirements are executed, & Monitor overtime (If needed)
15. Supervise wardrobe & props return. (if taken from client)
16. Receive suppliers invoices, revise them, and attach the necessary paper work, and pass them to accounts department for payment.
17. Recon all job to show agency profit.
18. Set scanning & retouching timelines, in co–operation with studio & creative department.
19. Help electronic production department to supply third supplier invoices (if required by client)
20. Help accounts to sort out outstanding payments to suppliers.
21. Book hotels, air tickets & transport for international photographers.
22. Go on recce days with photographers & creative to make sure that locations & equipment needed for the shoot are finalized & provided before the shoot commence.
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
