- Prepare audit reports and labels and all the documents required.
- Write the content of newly developed and edit existing procedures.
- Schedule meetings for the Vice President, attend dept. meetings if requested.
- Prepare Minutes of meetings with Business orientation sense
- Prepare miscellaneous administrative forms for internal tasks.
- Organize the day-to-day activities of the office such as scheduling audits & organizing and meetings whenever required by the team.
- Self correspondence:
- Take care of all incoming faxes, enquiries, and correspondence.
- Reply to faxes, send regret letters, acknowledgment, and extension letters.
- Follow-up & feedback from the UC.
- To Handle correspondence, diaries, and general administration
- Proper Interpretation and Implementation of documents pertaining to minutes of meetings taken
