JOB OUTLINE:
- Execute automation projects in a profitable way keeping in mind SE quality standards and customer satisfaction as top priority.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track scope and cost of the project.
- Optimize the design of automation project by understanding specific customer needs.
- Devise and develop standardized software tools which can help in preparing a smart solution and reducing engineering times.
- Keep the quality as per standards during whole cycle of project.
- Increase project profitability through design, resource and scope of work optimization.
- Deliver solutions meeting customer requirements and up to his satisfaction.
- To work with team leader through out project execution cycle: Design, Engineering, Software Development, Procurement, Manufacturing, FAT, Site Installation supervision, Commissioning, SAT.
- Monitor and review the jobs assigned to him for timely completion and quality of services.
- Achieving customer satisfaction throughout the cycle of the projects to increase no. of very satisfied customers.
- Maintaining, updating and sharing learning of each project with the automation tendering and execution team.
- Contact vendors outside Schneider for non standard components whenever required.
- Enter time spent on the project on weekly basis.
- Respond to customer queries.
