Assist Catering Manager; Organize and direct the preparation or service of food and beverage for banquettes/function; Monitor ongoing function; Coordinate with staff and ensure overall guests satisfaction; Act as a liason between the Catering Manager, internal personnel, chef and service staff; Handle pre-function meeting, checking staff and menus prior to the event; Manage execution of complete event action plan prior to the function up to the clean up afterward; compile serving schedule and coordinate food service during the function.
