They are urgently seeking to recruit a qualified Executive Secretary to join their team in Abu Dhabi. . The objective of this position is to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that company services are provided in an efficient and effective manner. Duties for this role will include:
Provide Senior Manager with office and administration support services.
Plan and organize schedules of meetings/appointments.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Respond to customer /client enquiries.
Supervise and coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment, as well as office cleanliness.
Develop and maintain current and accurate filing system.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
