Jobs in UAE – Our client, a Middle East based institute of science and technology, with a focus on advanced energy and sustainable technologies is looking for a Business Operations Officer to join its team in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). The ideal candidate reports to the Director of Operations and Facilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee expenditures of the facilities department.
• Maintain financial records for the Facilities Department.
• Prepare budgets, detailed accounting and expenditure reports.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Director of Operations and Facilities.
• Interface for department on recruitment, hiring, orientation and training.

Requirements:
• A university degree in Business Administration.
• At least 2 to 5 years of similar managerial experience in a higher educational institute in the GCC.
