Jobs in UAE – Duties:
-Supervising all long term Bus contracts & checking drivers “on route”.
-Maintaining drivers high standard of politeness, tidiness & safe driving.
-Organizing all Bus runs “a side” in co-ordinating with District Operations Supervisor/Station Supervisor/Senior Rental Agent/Rental Agents.
-Checking & Maintaining clean & safe fleet of Buses & Co-ordinate with fleet supervisor for repair & service.
-Overlooking daily refueling & cleaning of buses
-Signing of Bus Drivers overtime
-Co-ordinate with District Operations Supervisor/Station Supervisor/Senior Rental Agent/Rental Agent/Drivers required for other duties (i.e. limousine services, chauffeur drives, rental counter duty, DXB-AUH vehicle transfer).
-Coordinate with Gulf Air Arabian Stopover program supervisor. Accepting reservation for incoming passengers. Book vehicle at Abu Dhabi Airport Branch for Client pickup and drop to hotel. Arrange Abu Dhabi half-day city tour. Arrange drop-off of passenger’s back to Abu Dhabi Airport. Uplift relevant payment vouchers and invoice at end of month by forwarding list of arrivals and original vouchers to lease coordinator.
