The ideal candidate must have a proven and successful track record of at least 5 years marketing and selling HVAC equipments. He must be able to demonstrate strong technical and analytical skills. Good communication and negotiation skills are essential and a proactive sales attitude is a pre-requisite. The Business Development Executives should be able to maintain and develop excellent relationships with Developers and Consultants. His main task will be to get our product offer specified on projects, whether offices, apartment, hotels building or private housing. He must have an engineering background or a strong aptitude to sell industrial and technical products related to the construction business.
