Your responsibilities will include Developing the company market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business deals for our construction product Locating and proposing potential business deals by researching and contacting current and upcoming projects, clients and contractors within the construction industry Identifying trends and maintaining awareness of industry and related events, publications and announcements Watching and tracking developments within the construction industry Closing deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts and integrating these with our business parameters Leading Sales Executives assigned to your sales team with integrity and teach and motivate them as required Enhancing the company and its reputation by 'adding value' to jobs through exploring opportunities Utilising strong interpersonal and communication skills to persuade and influence the purchase of company flooring products Developing and delivering presentations as well as closing these deals with a quote, action plan and all supporting material requested by the client Managing the quality and consistency of company floor products while maintaining a professional appearance and a positive company image Closing deals motivating, prospecting, sales planning, identifying customer needs, market knowledge, product knowledge, presentation skills, high energy, meeting sales goals, professionalism.
