Purpose:
To prepare, deliver and maintain efficient and effective Business Plans with investment options, Performance Management System, Monitoring and Reporting system and promote awareness amongst the Business Unit.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Prepare, deliver and maintain high quality business planning and performance management processes for the Business Unit
2. Prepare and deliver on time Long Term Strategy, 5-Year Business plan and One Year Work Programme and handouts of presentations for Corporate Meetings in compliance with company quality standards
3. Prepare within agreed time frame and quality standard the Corporate Reporting Systems.
4. Prepare reports, analysis and management information data as required in appropriate forms from time to time
5. Develop and maintain Performance Evaluation for various processes and develop Techno-analytical techniques for the same.
6. Develop and implement effective Economical Evaluation and Probability Analysis processes for the various options assisting Management in investment decision.
