Job Description:
– Provide information to customers relating to services offered by Almadallah
– Track calls and capture information from members that is not yet in the system Assist members with account queries, customer complaints or support issues Liaise with other departments and third parties to resolve members issues and escalate complex queries to relevant leaders
– Monitor random calls to improve quality and minimize errors
– Analyze performance statistics and make recommendations based on these stats
Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
