Jobs in UAE – Our client, a semi-government company, is actively looking for a Call Center Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi. Directly reporting to the Group Services Officer, the role will be primarily responsible in managing day to day operation of the Call Center including drafting of policies and procedures, managing team performance and conducting product training. Furthermore, the candidate should have the ability to identify opportunities for cross sell up sell and customer retention feedback, plus being responsible for complaint management process resolution and the building of a strong team capable of handling inbound and out bound calls
