Change Management Consultant required with my client, a leading Management Consultancy. This role is based in Dubai but with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for delivering a number of enterprises wide change management initiatives based on client site. You will develop and deploy change management strategies, facilitating Change Readiness Assessment, Corporate Culture and updating training plans for all internal resources. Key responsibilities will include – Playing a key role in helping projects meet business objectives, People change (including corporate culture and business process), Creating implementing change management plans and Provide project management services to support business change programmes.
