Secureway Network Distributors seeks to employ qualified Channels Manager in Dubai, UAE:
• Proven track record of channel management/account management in the IT distribution industry in the Middle East
• Successful and quantifiable track record of software, hardware and technology sales to major organizations and of closing both tactical and enterprise transactions
• Capable in Recruiting, Developing and & Monitoring the SI’s/Resellers performance and target achievement in coordination with Product Managers
• Develop excellent working relationship with partner Product Sales Managers, Divisional Managers and General Managers in building the channel for the respective solutions
• Monitor and advice respective Partner Sales Managers/GM’s on partner progress on sales and metrics based on the mutually created business/marketing plans
• Able to benchmark update and keep current on certification requirements and metrics for each partner/solution and assist partners in achieving these requirements
• Thorough understanding of the networking and security market space
• Strong customer orientation with the ability to listen, organize and champion key initiatives and projects for product development
• Excellent solution selling and presentation abilities
• Flexible, self motivated and team player
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in English
• A Bachelors level degree or equivalent technical qualification
• 5+ years experience of Sales/Pre-Sales in IT Channel/Distribution in Middle East.
