We are looking for a Check-out Services and Admin Manager based in Dubai who can ensure efficient Finance and Administrative operations, with a strong customer service orientation and a service minded approach. The following will be your responsibilities Coordinating and preparing various reports in respect to sales and administrative matters Maintaining all relevant data in the system concerning Admin & Finance Reviewing and Controlling the daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPI) on various measurable factors against benchmarked figures to ensure accurate management information is provided to support appropriate business decisions Monitoring and Controlling periodically the store expenses to assure that store expenditure is kept in line with the budgets Preparing reports for monthly reconciliation Ensuring that debtors are effectively controlled and regularly monitored to guarantee speedy recovery of all debts for the store Training and orientation to newly recruited staff, on-going support and refresher training for current employees Developing, implementing and controlling of Store Operating procedures for IKEA Cash Office and Check-outs Efficient opening and closure of the store Dealing with customer guidance & complaints and supervising the sales Ensuring that the daily operation of check-out services are working according to the IKEA Customer services manual
