Experience: 1 – 5 Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities:
– You will have creativity and flair to be able to manage the kitchen brigade to produce high quality meals using only the finest of ingredients.
– You are able to direct and guide your team of chefs in providing a consistently high quality of food, as per international standards.
– You will ensure that guest satisfaction is delivered to guests at all times.
– You can develop and identify new products and equipment, to improve the production of the kitchen.
– You have the ability to develop and define quality standards of food preparation and presentation in the kitchen.
