Jobs in UAE – Our client, a multinational company specializing in In-Line Inspection of pipelines for the Oil and Gas Sector, is currently looking for an experienced Chief Finance Manager to join their office in Ajman.Your responsibilities would include-Establishing a system of accurate and timely financial reporting for the group of companies-Implementing and reviewing a system of internal controls, including the introduction of a method of risk evaluation and the initiation of an Internal Audit function-Acting as a part of the internal control process in terms of reviewing budgets and capital expenditure proposals, reviewing and authorizing large value transactions, and initiating studies or reviews of operational areas or investment proposals-Developing a corporate relationship with banks, auditors and other parties in order to optimize the pricing of services for group companies, and increase the range of available services for the benefit of the group-developing and improving the finance function within each business area -Promoting the effective management of working capital and helping to maximize the returns over the medium term of the assets held by the holding company -Managing expenses in stipulation to the budgets.
