The position holder will provide authoritative advice and a comprehensive range of cost-effective central services aimed at optimizing the planning, budgeting, financing, data handling, monitoring, management, and financial reporting . Further to this, the CFO will make the vision of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer a reality.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Approving and Coordinating changes and improvements in the companies financial and management information systems.
- Overseeing the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure & department budgets.
- Administer the preparation of financial statements, reports and analyses.
- Developing and implementing financial and auditing procedures.
- Working closely with the Board providing them with financial support and consultation to planning initiatives.
- Analyzing cash flow, cost controls, financial statements and pinpointing potential weak areas, suggesting methods of improvement.
- Establishing and implementing goals, objectives and operating procedures.
- Overseeing financial management of foreign operations.
- Any other duties as and when required.
