Job Description:
They are seeking the services of a Chief Asset Management Officer.

– Responsible for Directing the Asset Management Divisions all related policies and processes, including Discretionary Portfolio, Product Development, Real Estate Fund and Private Equity Fund functions.
Strategic
– Develops Asset Management Divisions strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with there overall strategic intent and direction.
– Reviews Asset Management Divisions policies and processes inline with all regulation requirements to control all related activities within the company.
Operational
– Leads the expansion of the Investments services and maximize penetrating the market and implementing effective selling channels and efforts to achieve the investment services targets.
– Monitors regional and international economic, political and social developments and developments in the money and capital markets and within companies and industries.
– Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in investment operations.
– Ensures that the investment policies and guidelines are adhered to and strictly followed.
Required Educational Level

Experience: 5 – 10 Years

Education: Bachelors Degree

Skills:
– Bachelors in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines with CME1 certification.
Preferred
– Masters in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines with CME1 certification.
– CFA level–1 is preferred.
Required
Experience:
Minimum
– Ten (10) years of Asset Management executive–level experience in the financial and real estate Investment sector.
