• Overall business performance in terms of safety, quality, time & budget.
• Promoting company business.
• Broaden awareness of market performance trend.
• Bid for new projects
• Selecting, training and motivating key staff
• Report to the Board of Directors.
• Review and evaluate tenders, quotations, contracts & sub contracts.
• Monitor company’s assets to maximize utilization
• Liaise with Directors & Manager to ensure that all potential outlets of the company are explored
