Jobs in UAE: Our client a multinational insurance company is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer-Personal Lines to handle the operations for their offices based in Dubai.Your main responsibilities would include Being responsible to collect essential information on new submissions from Business Development staff Collating information and sending it to appropriate underwriting departments for evaluation using scanning and document imaging technology Maintaining production log on a day to day basis Responding professionally to e-mails, telephone calls from partners and customers Analysing data and responding to any query received from partners and customers within the assigned area of work Presenting work achievements and areas for improvement effectively in team meetings Handling any jobs assigned by the manager within the customer service group function Proactively addressing and resolving any potential problem likely to impact customer service Interacting with profit centers, branches, claims department and customer service officers across Arabian Countries in order to effectively serve the customers Providing excellent customer service to improve company's relationship with the customers.

Skills

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 – 3 years personal lines experience and a University degree in a related area or an additional professional insurance qualification would be an added advantage. You should have good communication skills in both English and Arabic and you should also possess excellent PC skills with preferably experience of working on PREMIA
