Job Specifications:
Client/Customer Service Ability to provide a high level of customer service Ensure all prepared communications are both of a high standard and completed in atimely manner Seek to recommend alternative collection techniques and procedures as appropriate Operate within guidelines given by the Client Manager whilst seeking to identify clients’ needs and recommending methods of addressing themCredit Control:
Contacting customers on a daily basis – Telephone/ Letter/ Email Ensuring that all accounts are maintained and are kept withintheircreditlimits Ensuring that all payments are received within the specified credit terms Issuance of statements to customer Customer account reconciliations Managing credit control function within agreed targets Investigate, resolve and record all customer queries, claims and deductions Review collection procedures with Sales/Account managers
