• To logg and track all books, magazines and publications. Working with our web developer you will create an online system where
all the company’s employees can have access to a central source for all library contents and where members can request items for review.
• Te ensure that all emails log and track their ‘task’ are actioned and completed.
• To coordinate and take minutes of weekly team meeting.
• To support the new business development team with tenders and proposal submissions, in PowerPoint, KeyNote and word
• To oversee the creation and updating of the credentials document on PowerPoint and/or KeyNote
• To support all members of the team in administrative matters as and when required e.g. travel, stationery orders, supplier relations etc.
• To coordinate travel, petty cash, purchase orders, accounts, courier, filing etc related to all GC activities.
• To ensure there is a full back up of all finished projects undertaken in such a manner as to make them easily retrievable at all times.
• To update all projects and tasks on task manager.
