Recommend and administer compensation programs, policies and procedures, provides C&B related input for corporate decisions and day-to-day operations.Key Results Areas :
Ensure the effective implementation of work objectives through leadership of a specialist team – setting objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating employees – in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved. Provide professional advice and guidance on complex issues and policies to internal customers on Compensation & Benefits issues in order to ensure that policies are properly applied and implemented and high standards in financial / accounting practice are achieved and maintained.Analyze, evaluate, implement and administer the compensation and benefit program. Administer the monthly payroll generation. Actively participates in all C&B program development activities. Performs additional duties as assigned by the manager. Maintain the payroll lock on a monthly basis Audit and approve the necessary reports before sending them to accounting, external auditors and internal auditors. Spot check all kinds of employees letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security, ) before obtaining the signature from the authorized person Confirm the update of any new parameter might be added to system Prepare and review the salary structure of the head office/shops along with the HR manager Review the C&B policies and procedures and submit recommendations when necessary Review, approve and signed the final settlement of resigned and terminated employees
