Researching and analysing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector;
Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organisation are fair and are perceived to be so;
Making recommendations on changes to insurance and non monetary schemes;
Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement;
Developing and implementing new benefit packages, ensuring that these are current and competitive and in line with legal requirements;

ERP implementation.
Job evaluation and job analysis. Provide advisory service and assistance to managers/administrators in job classification, position design and management, and organizational structure.
Establish and maintain consistent job analysis procedures. Ensure compliance with established job evaluation methodology.
Plan, develop, publish, distribute, explain, and interpret the bands and grades including procedures for promotion, demotion, transfer, and salary/wage schedules. Advise management and staff on compensation issues.
Plan, conduct, and participate in selected salary surveys, both locally and nationally. Analyze surveys to determine market competitiveness.
Develop and prepare Human Resources operating budget along with Business Heads.
