-Communicate and cultivate training and career development of your employees.

-Liaise, Manage and monitor the sites and monitoring the work of any contractors, subcontractors or professionals involved in the projects
-Develop safety at work measures and ensure the safe usages of the equipments are in place by distributing the manuals.
-Attending regular meetings with clients, architects and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress and set deadlines as needed.
-Maintain always an approved suppliers / contractors list
-Deliver all necessary support in order to exceed Company objectives.
-Keeping track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget
-Anticipate and catch deviations from a plan or schedule early and keep all participants and President informed.
-Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials, FFE, finishes- for use in the construction, and agreeing prices for items.
-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
-Survey the site. Set out (marking the position of structures) and level the site;
-Develop energy saving and preventive maintenance program.
-Maintain records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing
-Prepare itemized list of sites per location and budget.
-Ensuring that quality standards are adhered to and as per the company standards.
-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
-Manage existing properties and assets
-Develop preventative maintenance programs
-Establish yearly planned work needs
-Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met in all facilities and offices
