Jobs in UAE: Responsibilities- Manage and administer the activities of onsite, include general direction and coordination of all independent contractors on the site.- Manage and administer the contractors' programs for construction including procedures, layouts, equipment, manpower requirements, contractor interface and coordination.- Oversee the performance of the supervision consultants, ensuring that quality control procedures and requirements are being implemented.- Manage and overview the performance of the PM building construction group, ensure that all members are familiar with the project requirements.- Overview and manage site logistics planning and implementation.- Monitor contractors' field progress through actual logging of daily work by the field Engineers.- Oversee contractors' input of equipment and manpower resources against projected histograms.- Track contractors' material delivery commitments to achieve the progress on field.- Review field related coordination issues and direct resolutions for implementation.- Participate in regular contractor meetings and other special meetings as required during the course of project.- Review contractors' monthly payments.- Oversee and manage construction contracts close-out and handover activities, ensuring full compliance to conditions of contracts.

Skills

Qualification- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – preferably Civil- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience- Advanced computer skills especially in MS Excel and Power Point- Fluency in English and Arabic languages
