Job Description: >Prospective Candidate should be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering with at least 15 plus to 23 years experince.
>Hands–On project management experience for high–rise/ multistoreyed building construction projects
>Minimum of which 7 years experience preferably in a leadership and driving managerial position, preferably with a project management company or contractors.
> Accountable and responsible for TOTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL i.e. project planning, quality assurance & control, technical support, liaison with clients and consultants and government bodies.
> A seasoned/PROFOUND Decision maker and possessing ability to lead/resolve issues independently taking TEAM in confidence.
> The Candidates falling short on certain counts, may be communicated for certain other openings in future; if any; anywherhe in the world to seek CONSENT.
> ONLY A SEASONED, MATURED, INDEPENDENT DECISION MAKER WITH DESIRED BUSINESS ACUMEN FOR THE POSITION WILL BE RESPONDED TO.

Ideal Candidate

1. Civil Engineer with 15 plus years of HANDS–ON experince in working for big organizations”” PROJECT MANAGEMENT domain with European Countries or in United States for HIGH RISE building project management will BE THE IDEAL CANDIATE, who needs to be READY TO RELOCATE TO Jeddah in SAUDI ARABIA.

JOINING TIME: AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

SALARY: to be offered 10 000 USD per month could be a REFERENCE line.(NEGOTIABLE)
