• Identify opportunities for growing company business from assigned customers by increased activity on company Marketplace and offering related consulting solutions.
• For assigned accounts, develop overall account strategy and plan including service offering development, performance commitment, business volumes forecast, risk assessment, potential opportunities and potential growth plans to meet customer expectations.
• Work with procurement professionals alike on analyzing their spend details, highlighting spend categories, process inefficiencies, and technology optimization opportunities, etc.
