Our Client is a large multinational organization in the engineering field with offices worldwide. With 61 years of consecutive sales increases, it’s no wonder they’re in the top 100 of the Fortune 500 list. They are expanding their team rapidly and are looking for a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager.
Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, assessing current business performance, identifying gaps, implementing improvement plans and monitoring progress. In this role, you will be accountable for the Middle East Region and will coach Middle East offices to greater performance levels and achieve business objectives. Therefore, travel will be required.
Responsibilities:
• Lead regional change management and assist Regional Management Team in delivering strategic initiatives that will aid in compliance to company standards
• Assess current state of branch operations
• Identify barriers to success
• Implement new systems / services / cost-effective solutions that will improve performance of the branches
• Identify gaps in Best Business Practice Metrics and execute / implement improvements plans
• Measure, track and communicate branch performance
• Document process learning / improvements
• Translate improvements into financial data
